Hometown Heating and Air Conditioning is one of the fastest growing HVAC companies in the Bay Area. We are searching for a dynamic, outgoing individual to become part of our Dispatch team. Must be a multitasker who enjoys a challenge and working closely with others. Primary Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Dispatches technicians based on customer issue & technician specialty.
  • Indirectly supervises service technicians, following Hometown Heating and Air's policies procedures and CA state law.
  • Communicate job/client information to technicians.

 Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering customer calls and scheduling appointments.


  • 1-3 Years Dispatch experience HVAC industry knowledge preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointments.
  • Strong computer/tech skills.
  • Knowledge of local geographic territory
  • Willingness and ability to work nights and weekends
  • Demonstrates an ability to interact well with all employee exhibiting a high level of written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
